All Microtech Cast Forge products are engineered, designed and manufactured at our facilities in Rajkot [Gujarat], INDIA. Our manufacturing process features intensive internal Quality Control programs; we will not ship a product until we have made certain that it is functioning perfectly, and performing exactly as dictated by our original design specification.
All of our products are subjected to a lengthy, high-temperature burn-in period before final testing and shipment. This allows us to catch and correct any rare manufacturing defects before the product leaves our factory. During burn-in and testing, products are closely monitored to ensure that they meet the high standard of manufacturing quality that our customers expect from Microtech Cast Forge products.
Although our manufacturing facilities feature the most modern, up-to-date equipment and start-of-the-art foundry, we also go to great lengths to ensure a traditional approach to high quality, old-fashioned Indian craftsmanship. Each phase of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored, and our "hands-on" production strategy results in durable, high-quality products, which provide reliability and consistency for your most critical applications.
